The Pointe strongly urges all residents to do their civic duty and recycle.

How to get into town

Downtown West Chester is only a couple of miles from The Pointe. However, Matlack Street can be busy at times. Should you prefer to go out and experience the night life without having the responsibility of driving, there are a few options for you. Uber, the latest and greatest transportation company, charges an average fare of $7 for a ride into town. For peace of mind and a stress free night, that is quite a deal.  To access Uber, you must download the app and input a credit card for billing purposes.  No cash is accepted.

Although Uber is available 24/7, there are times where no drivers will be available. In this event, Paradise Transit is available from 7 pm – 3 am, Thursday through Saturday night. This a shuttle system that travels in a loop around the university and town. Even though The Pointe is outside “The Loop”, Paradise Transit is still a cost effective way to go into town.
